Monday 1st August saw Terling Panda Cubs make their debut on the hallowed turf of Essex Cricket Club.

Our team took part in the Match Play, playing short fixtures against a number of teams.

‍

Our Cubs took on Benfleet, Brentwood and Chappel & Wakes Colne.

‍

These clubs are much bigger than Terling, so it was a great opportunity to test ourselves. We lost a close encounter against Benfleet and Brentwood before we beat Chappel & Wakes Colne - and then lost narrowly to Brentwood again.

Our team is forming nicely, some great friendships are being made - and the cubs are certainly learning.
